1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility Requirements

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Each player is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to abuse bonuses will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cina14 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, SIM, Passport)

• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Payment method verification (bank statement, e-wallet screenshot)

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification is completed. We typically process verification requests within 24 hours during business days.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You must immediately notify cina14 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. cina14 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

cina14 supports deposits through Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Minimum deposit amounts are specified for each payment method and may be adjusted at our discretion. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Weekend withdrawal requests are processed on the next business day. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your verified account information. We do not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification status and VIP tier. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests may experience additional processing time for enhanced security verification.

5.3 Payment Processing Fees

cina14 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial institution or payment provider may apply their own processing fees, currency conversion charges, or transaction limits. You are responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

To comply with AML regulations, deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transactions, including deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without gaming activity, will trigger an investigation and may result in account suspension.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

cina14 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 5x to 30x depending on the promotion) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-50%, and some games may be entirely excluded. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players to meet wagering requirements, or employing betting strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements without risk, is strictly prohibited. Suspected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential account closure.

6.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

cina14 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions at our sole discretion.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market. In the event of match postponements, cancellations, or abandonments, bets will be settled according to our sports betting rules available on the platform. We reserve the right to void bets placed on events with obvious pricing errors or technical glitches.

7.2 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game (slots, table games, live dealer games) operates under rules provided by the respective game provider. In case of game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real money wagers.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

cina14 reserves the right to impose maximum winning limits on certain games, bets, or promotions. These limits are specified in the relevant game rules or promotional terms. Winnings exceeding specified maximums may be capped or adjusted accordingly.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs or system errors for financial gain
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Participating in systematic or professional bonus arbitrage
• Reversing or disputing legitimate charges without proper cause (chargeback fraud)
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward staff or other players
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, cina14 does not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9.2 Financial Losses

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible. cina14 is not responsible for any losses incurred through your use of our services. You participate in gaming activities entirely at your own risk and discretion.

9.3 Third-Party Content

Games on the cina14 platform are provided by third-party game developers. We are not liable for game malfunctions, errors, or technical issues originating from third-party providers. In such cases, affected bets will be voided according to the provider's terms.

9.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall cina14's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Your Right to Close Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw your remaining balance after meeting any outstanding wagering requirements. Closure does not release you from obligations arising from prior use of our services.

10.2 Our Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

cina14 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform's integrity. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation. If your account is closed for breach of Terms, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated. We will notify you by email before applying dormancy fees.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cina14 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact our customer support team to attempt resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate your complaint to our management team. We are committed to fair and timely dispute resolution.

11.3 Independent Dispute Resolution

If internal dispute resolution does not produce a satisfactory outcome, you may refer the matter to our appointed independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. The ADR decision will be binding on both parties.
